Anyone familiar with Paris will know that its hotels can be very noisy, so I was pleasantly suprised to find that I had booked myself into a hotel on a tiny square with no through traffic. The decor is quirky, a but what one might expect further south, in Spain or italy. Rooms are not grand, but adequate and spacious enough for the price. Walls may be thin, so peace may depend on the behaviour of one's neighbours. Breakfast was decent. All in all, good value, and I would stay again

I just left this hotel yesterday on a tour with 47 other travelers. When I first saw this hotel on our list for this trip, I was very excited because it looked like what a "Paris" hotel should be. Then I read the reviews and at first I was worried. Then I paid more attention to what the bad reviews were saying: too small - yes European hotel rooms are smaller than we are used to in America, too old - I personally like the older places because of the extra charm, and out of date - I will say some things could use an update (that is why I gave it a 4), but most of it just added to the charm of the place. The location is good, walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs de Elysees. It is also at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is quiet. The breakfast was also really good, bacon and eggs in Paris, what a treat. I would definitely stay here again.

My customer experience has been very disappointing. At 7AM in the morning tried to have a shower, and realised there was not hot water in the room. When I claimed for an urgent solution, the answer was: "We cannot do anything, just wait until 8h that a technician will come to solve the issue". Of course couldn't wait... And no any compensation nor extra service. Just nothing, and even not apologizing. Just not acceptable, and of course I strongly don't reccomend this hotel.

Room tip: Bad customer experience

Stayed at the Villa for Easter weekend. It's allegedly a 4* hotel, I would only give it 2* overall. The decor is very shabby, in dire need of a makeover. The lobby and lift are dirty and smelly. The bedroom furniture is old broken and stained. The bed sheets, thankfully, were clean and fresh but the blankets and and throw are dirty and stained. Staff were helpful.I only give this hotel 2* for its location. Is a 5 min walk to the metro and the arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of pleasant restaurants within walking distance for an evening meal. I would suggest this hotel closes until is has been refurbished.
Over all not good for this hotel my first night must change room (R306)because noisy room no soundproofing you can hear every nody talking. The wifi was bad signal my new room (R211)was quiet but got problem with drain system and not have wifi sinal not have safety box but I need to rest more and wait for next morning to change a new room (R405) again my new room was quite better than the old but safety box didn't work. Not recommend for stay.

Stayed at the Villa for Easter weekend. It's allegedly a 4* hotel, we booked through Jet2, I would only give it 2* overall. The decor is very shabby, in dire need of a makeover. The lobby and lift are dirty and smelly. There's am overpowering smell of lemon air freshener that is just sickly and does nothing to hide the underlying bad odour. The bedroom furniture is old broken and stained. The bed sheets, thankfully, were clean and fresh but the blankets and and throw are dirty and stained. Breakfast on the first day was well organised and there was a reasonable continental buffet to choose from, the second 2 breakfasts however were a shambles, staff were inadequate as was the food. I only give this hotel 2* for its location. Is a 5 min walk to the metro and the arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of pleasant restaurants within walking distance for an evening meal. I would suggest this hotel closes until is has been refurbished.
