A small nice hotel with a good location in Paris.
The hotel is very close to the subway (METRO) and the station BOUCICAUT.
In the area, 15th arrangement, there are a lot of bars and restaurants.
Good bed, clean and with a very good breakfast to be in France.

Stayed here with my fiancé for 3 nights in June. The staff was very nice helpful with questions and concerns. We had the breakfast option included, breakfast was good, no complaints. The room was bigger than expected and comfortable. The bathrooms seemed renovated but not necessarily the room itself. The location is right off the metro and a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are lots of cafes and markets in the area. Stay was enjoyable and the price was budget friendly.

This hotel is the best kept secret in Paris. We booked the family room and it is a little cottage in the courtyard. We had two bedrooms with a big bathroom it was awesome! People are so helpful and spoke perfect English. There is a Starbucks across the street with a wonderful bakery a block away. You are only 2 subway stops from the Eiffel Tower and the subway is on the corner. If you are traveling with your kids this is a much better option than getting two rooms.

This hotel is in a nice area good for metro and not far from Parc des Exposition. Nice restaurants and great cafe on corner.
Tip - have a room at rear of hotel. No view but quiet.
The breakfast was very good. Had Earl Grey tea and Orange Marmalade always a good sign. Staff were very friendly and polite.
A good place to stay.
