Situated in an excellent location, the hotel offers a great experience at a reasonable price. The room was very clean. We were provided new towels every day. Breakfast can be served at your room in the morning (continental) but the breakfast at the entrance sala had more variety. You get access to free refreshments on a daily basis (water, juice or a cola). The staff was very friendly, offered us an umbrella on our last day and we were able to leave our luggage there for half a day prior heading to the hotel. Highly recommended!

We had stayed here before but not for the last 3 years (pandemic) and we were anxious to see if the hotel had changed over that time. The good news is that it is still a wonderful place to stay and clearly "our hotel" in Paris. Located in the 8th, it is convenient to the metro, restaurants and the Champs Elysées. It is very tastefully decorated with very nice lounge areas in the lobby. We really like the breakfast room with windows across two sides so you can watch Parisians going out to meet the day. The breakfast is very good and snacks are available all day. The staff treat you like family. Our rooms have always been attractive, large and comfortable. We sleep very well here and will be back for sure.

This has been our second stay at this lovely, friendly, centrally located hotel. The room is elegantly fitted out and spacious, the Bradford team is exceptional is terms of service, from making dinner reservations to attending to little glitches in the room. Special commendation to Amin who as been the friendly, efficient face at front desk. A minor complaint is that our 6.30am morning call request in order to check out and catch our flight never materialised. Someone must have forgotten … and every hotel knows how critical this can be. However the joy we get from staying here still means top marks!
