Really pleased with this. We were doing Paris on a budget and felt that the hotel was ideal for our needs.

Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. TV in room but was never used. Air Conditioning was very welcome in the summer heat.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Busy road outside but noise completely nullified by good double glazing.

WiFi was fine, not mega-fast but useable. Breakfast on offer was croissants, cereals, juice, coffee, cheese, cold meat.

BEST THING. Hotel is built on top of Metro station Château Landon (Line 7). Zero noise problem. Brilliant at the end of a long day in the city, off the train, no long walk, straight to bed.

You also have a small supermarché across the road that stays open late if you need drinks or snacks.

Would stay here again.

The hotel was fine. The location (near the train station) is definitely the best point to this hotel. The staff was o.k., but not extremely friendly. We had an issue with our shower overflowing with water & draining into our bath floor. The rooms was quite nice size. Breakfast is not included in hotel fee. Another benefit was the luggage storage area in basement.

The location of the hotel is one of the best aspect of this property. The metro station is just next door and is perfect after a long day. All the attractions could be reached within 30 minutes from this place using METRO.
The rooms are clean and well defined. We took a triple room with 3 beds and then there wasn't much space left to move around. The beds were very comfortable and we did like them, including my daughter.
Although being over the METRO and near to main station, the sounds are nullified once you close the window. The AC was working fine, so we could easily shut the windows and thick curtains to have a good sleep.
The breakfast was reasonably good with bakery stuff and filling to start the day. They do not offer any freshly made kitchen items except Juice. The tea/coffee dispenser, Free of Charge, is available all the time. Please do not expect Top End coffee with the machine, otherwise you will be disappointed.
The front desk staff was always helpful, but busy most of the time. So a straight question will get you clear answer.
The free Wi-Fi was good enough - though had no time to stream anything.
Overall, good location, filling breakfast, attentive staff, clean rooms (a bit dated at times) make it a good hotel.
Recommended for a short stay.

Room Tip: Take a higher floor - the affects are lesser. A street side is better than railway tracks!

Hotel is on great location, practically few steps away from the metro station. It is very easy to reach it from the CDG airport and it is so convenient for daily visit of city. Rooms are small, but with very comfortable beds and dark curtain, so it's perfect for sleeping. Bathroom is nice and cleaned every day. Breakfasts is good. I particularly like different kind of warm bread offered each morning. Free coffee is available all the day. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel neighborhood is nice with supermarket and kebab store very close to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and come back to it again.

1. Stayed here last 21 - 24 July.
2. Great location. Very near train station.
3. Near good resto
4. I have stayed in other Ibis hotels but this hotel does not have good breakfast choices! They did not even have croissants on our last day there!
5. They offer beverages the whole day but the machine only spits out hot water! The coffee, hot chocolate and hot milk are sooooo diluted with water! They might as well stop saying that they offer that the whole day! It is very misleading.
6. One time, I asked help from their receptionist. I had a hard time printing my boarding passes. She was so rude and had no patience! It wasn't my fault! The printer was not working! She did not even say that in the first place! I work in IT and I hate asking people's help when it comes to IT. For me to ask help from someone would mean, something is really wrong! They should improve on their customer service!!!

Room Tip: good location. not good breakfast!!!! not much choices!!!
