Great hotel, excelent staff, especially Paulo that helped us a lot with the tour around the city. Always concerned if we were ok and giving us great tips.
I recomend Novotel is very central and sorounded of great restaurants. We loved to be there and our kids too.

This hotel has a great location. You can walk easily to the Louvres and the subway is next door.
The check in was really nice but that is about it that I liked about the place. The room was a good size for Paris but looked little cheap for a 4* Novotel.
What I disliked the most was the breakfast. The choice of food was good but....it was so busy...and people literally were coughing on food, kids touching everything...I just sat there and drunk a coffee just could not get myself to eat anything. They should put all the food away from the main "passage" so not everybody who passes sneeze on it !

We really enjoyed our four night stay at this hotel. Excellent position for visiting the sites and museums in Paris. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast selection. two tips
1) a selection of only four tea bags in the room and no milk so take some tea bags and buy some milk - there is a store a few doors away
2) Only one stop from Gare de Nord (RER B & D) but the metro stop Chatelaine des Halles has at least 20 exits! You want Exit 1. As the escalator reaches street level turn left back on yourself and the entrance to the hotel cannot be seen as it is behind a lift shaft but only about 30m away- door is marked "N Les Halles"
