Decent hotel, cheap prices for Paris - don't expect luxury or comfort, basic accommodation. Location is a bit remote but you do have the metro 10 mins walk away. Not many nice places to eat around but you can find a few basic ones. Overall an average experience, breakfast buffet at 7 euros per person is worth.

My sister and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel location was not close to airport and city center and was a little scary at nights but it is 10 minutes to public transportation stations. We got a room in 6th floor, room was small but clean and there was nothing special about it. We prefered to had at least 1 power plug near bed but one was next to sink and another was near a table. The most negative point about this hotel was that staff were so noisy in the corridors at the mornings and this bothered us very much. Also we could hear other travellers through the walls easily.
There is no fridge, hairdryer or iron in room. I think hairdryer can be given to travellers by paying some money as deposit.
You can buy toothbrush, toothpaste, ... and some snacks from vendor machines located in the lobby.
Breakfast is served on extra cost and we didn’t try it.
Overall you cannot expect something special considering the cost you pay for reserving room at this hotel and you get round about what you pay for.

We had 5 nights in a 3-single-bed room, which means the third person sleep up there in that astronaut looking bed. It is very cosy though, you just have to make the bed for yourself, the staff only makes them (every day!) on the easily reachable beds. The toilet and shower part is very practical (also meaning tiny-miny), clean and modern. What I didnt like the there are only 2 places to charge or to use electricity, and there is not a single shelf to put some things out of your luggage (there is one small table OK but we used it to keep our snacks there not for clothes for example). The district is OK, you can find supermarkets open until late night and cute cheap bars, bakery and street food places also. But the street that led to the hotel was horribly dirty of piss and trash - high heels were first used in France to avoid to touch the disgusting things on the ground as I think about it. I hope it is not like this all the year round.

The room was small but clean. The toilet, shower and sink were not in one room all together, but in separate rooms. The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the metro station Garibaldi which is located along a big avenue. The most disappointing part was the sound insulation because we could hear everything around us.

When we got to the hotel at 1:30 from a crazy morning we were hoping we could check in well, the front desk lady said your room is not ready and that we needed to wait till 2:00 so we were like okay but then after us so many people came in to check in and they all got there rooms. I felt like our room was ready but she just wanted us to wait. She was very rude! I wouldn’t stay here again!

Avoid this hotel. Very unsafe area! First time in Paris was ruined by the location of this hotel. Flea market right next to it, so, unsafe to walk about without people coming up to you. We had to get uber's from the door and uber's back. Hotel staff not very nice either.. asked for plastic cups one night and were given them no problem went back down the second night and asked for fresh ones but were told they had none, after battling with the man he finally got up and went to look in the cupboard to where they were kept and there were loads. Housekeeping only make the double bed and not the top bunk. On our second last day we left the hotel later on in the day so housekeeping had already been round so our room was not cleaned (our fault not the hotels) but this meant we had no fresh towels for the next morning. My friend went out and asked the housekeeping if she could take 3 towels to which she was told no. She kept asking and kept getting told no. The shower and toilet are 2 separate rooms and are like caravan toilet and shower. Hotel is very far out.
