Our visit exceeded every expectation on Saturday. Truly a fine dining experience.
Welcomed with a Kir Royale & an amuse bouche of toasted croutes & crab meat cocktail.
Warmly served by Virginie throughout our dining experience here.
For starters my wife chose fois gras whilst I went for the 'chair du crabbe'. Both were absolutely delicious, presented with panache.
A bottle of crisp chilled Muscadet to accompany.
We were then presented with 2 small cups of a warming potage before our mains.
I chose the brochettes de boeff with pepper sauce, Diana went for the rack of baby lamb, both were totally amazing...We finished with a de constructed tarte citron served in a sundae glass. Modern French cuisine at its very best.
Thank you Jacques Cartier for a very special dining experience.
