Our reservation was for later on in the summer and we decided to cancel all our holiday plans to be on the safe side due to Coronavirus. We had a non cancellation booking so realised we may lose our money but decided to contact the hotel directly to see if we could do anything.
Within a few hours we had received an email confirming the cancellation and a voucher valid for 18 months.
We have since rebooked for a later date and I am impressed at such prompt customer service in what must be a difficult time for the hotel. Many thanks.
