We stayed here for 2 nights after having driven from sunny and warm Oliva in Spain to a cold and cloudy St Jean de Luz. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Asked for extra pillow and blankets which we got immediately and even offered to give us electric radiators for our rooms which we declined. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel exceptionally cheap.

Stopped here on way down to Spain, hotel is clean and basic but like others in this chain its clean modern and well run. Stayed in a family room, hotel is close to the motorway, but also close the the town and the beach 5mins by car. We also stayed at the Arena hotel in bordeaux on the way both are similar in design and service. This chain offers no thrills but good value for money if looking for a family room. Free parking and wi fi in the room were very useful.

We were travelling further into France and stayed here for an overnight stop. Check in was straight forward. Location convenient for purpose but would not recommend for a longer stay as there is nothing much around the hotel. Family rooms are well appointed with bunk beds for our children aged 11 and 12. Room was modern, with all the basics and very clean. Town centre is about 5 min drive and well worth a visit.

This is an out of town hotel but the benefit is the big car park, also an open space where our dog could have a run. It wasn't as close to beaches as I expected - about 6-7 minutes in the car. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The room was on the small side but so clean we thought maybe we were the first visitors! The bathroom had a few design faults, eg no place for soap which just had to sit in a pool of water on the side of the basin, but again spotlessly clean. The room had triple glazing so there was no noise at all from the nearby road.

As another reviewer mentioned, it's not the easiest place to find - some more signs would be helpful - but it is very convenient for a stop-over on the way to or from Spain.

This was ideal for our 2 nights in St Jean de Luz: good value and ample free parking. The room was quite compact but the beds were comfortable and the shower room well designed with a decent size shower cubicle. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English - they offered to lend my husband a lap top so he could catch up on the English football results. The breakfast was brilliant for 6 euros.
Although the main road is nearby, also the railway line, the room well soundproofed and we didn't find it at all noisy. It's a slightly awkward sharp turn back under the main road when you approach from St Jean de Luz (we missed on our first evening which meant some tricky reversing!) but otherwise we couldn't fault it.
