Unwelcoming, over-priced, no more than average food. The sour-faced staff ensured that our usual boisterous Basque pensioners were underwhelmed. A sangria apero was 3,50. Bread and wine were rationed. Probably the politicians upstairs had better food and service, but we mere mortals found nothing to understand this restaurant's popularity. Poor.
