I was in this hotel at Sep. 2014. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very very kind and suportive. I never forget their hospitality. The hotel is near to almost all atraction. It is (almost) near to "La petite France" and very near to university of Strasbourge.
I recommend this Hotel

There are several things to recommend this hotel. The location is good, walking distance to the centre and on the number 10 bus route from the centre, spotlessly clean, welcoming and helpful staff and reasonably priced.
However, it remains a very basic 2 star hotel. It has no lift, fine if you are there for a day or two, but a pain if you are on a 3 week holiday with heavy luggage. The decor is dated, circa 1980s I would guess, and basic, the curtains just stretched across the window. The bed was very firm for our taste and uncomfortable. The room was tiny, I don't mind that, but this one was inconvenient. The corner of the bed almost jutted into the bathroom door. The only place to put the luggage was on the third bed. If you had someone in that, nowhere for luggage at all. It would have been better to say this is a double room and use the space to put the bathroom in a better position.
The TV was in a position that you got a cricked neck watching it, so didn't turn it on. The wifi was poor, with a password that required a separate one for each device, changed daily, consisted of multiple characters and frequently didn't work, requiring a trip to reception. Finally breakfast was pricey and the coffee was poor.
You didn't look forward to returning to your room. I wouldn't stay again,

We stayed 2 nights in this small family hotel. Welcome was very friendly. The rooms are relatively small and out of date but clean. Our room had air conditioning and access to a Terrasse on the rear side (room 8). We loved the simple but good breakfast which was served in a cozy living room downstairs. Wifi worked but it was a bit awkward to use as you have to relog all the time and ask for new access codes every day. It is well located, quiet, and no more than 15 walking minutes away from the city center. All in all, if you are not looking for luxury, this is a place to be recommended.

Having read other reviews, I thought I should remember to ask for a room at the back but it was so quiet when I checked in, I didn't think to ask. I should have. Late at night it did get quite noisy.

The hotel is well staffed- while I did have a code to get into the hotel at night - there seemed to always be someone at reception every other time of the day. The room was clean and comfortable and the wifi mostly stable.

The staff are amazing and supportive and very kind :))) Near City Center and Old Town ... Beautiful, charming and romantic hotels in France. Very enjoyable stay! ...

Divno mjesto za druženje, šetnju, puno lijepih restorana. Preporučujem vožnju rijekom. Sa potvrdom iz hotela daju 10% popust :))) Preporučujem vino Pinot Noir ... I love France <3
