We needed a B&B in Solihull for one night, as we were going to a family party. This one ticked all the boxes - easy to find, free parking, central, good price, good reviews. The room was clean and modern, although the en suite was tiny. The double glazing was very effective against road noise. Breakfast in the morning was the standard full english, and was served up very promptly. We would stay again and recommend it. Booking through their own website is cheaper than ones like Booking.com.

Excellent location close to town centre, superb breakfast, spotless room and very friendly hostess! Will be back next trip to Midlands soon. There is nothing here that you can fault and would have no hesitation to fully recommend to family and friends

Station Approach was very convenient for our visit to the NEC being 15 minutes away by car and only 20 min on the bus. It is also only 3 min from the railway station.
The guest house was very clean and a good breakfast was served but there was no kettle etc in the room, however there was free access to tea and coffee in the breakfast room, Our room at the back had loads of storage but was a bit noisy from the railway and nearby road but in general a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Front rooms are probably quieter.
