Rather disappointed that the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed and being refurbished. The Pearl is in easy walking distance of the town, with plenty of parking, as long as you do not arrive in the day time. Our room (201) was lovely but rather dark -a large room with only one single window down one end. The bathroom did not have a light over the basin so not good for shaving and make up. The bed was a bit hard for my liking.
Breakfast was served on a tray in our room, but this may be due to the refurbishment of the dining room.
There was plenty of storage space if you were on a long stay. The free Wi-Fi was good.More
