What a great house in the country! We would recommend this house in Wicklow to anyone wanting a beautiful, quiet, luxurious place to stay in a setting with fabulous panoramic views of the Irish Sea and the beautiful rolling countryside . Kitty was very responsive, friendly and just an email away to answer any questions we had. The house is very large and very comfortable. We love to disconnect from noise while on vacation and this was the perfect place. Close to the train station for trips into Dublin but we loved exploring all the local towns by car. We particularly loved the Wicklow National Park, Powercourt, Enniskerry, Bray, and the lovely town of Ashford. Don't miss dinner at The Woodpecker and also Chester Beatty's, both walking distance from the house. Stop by the Avoca cafe at Mt. Usher gardens for takeaway scones! The best ever.

Well positioned near the motorway it is a great launching pad for day trips. Wonderful golf courses in nearby reach. And very good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. And Avoca cafe down the road is brilliant. The house itself is very spacious and was furnished very comfortably. And everything one might need in the kitchen was there.
A beautiful house and garden in a hilltop setting, not overlooked by any other property, with scenic views of surrounding hilly countryside and of the Irish Sea about 2 kilometers distant. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and very comfortable. For cooking there are two gas rings and an Aga cooker which I had never used before but quickly got used to. Everything was well up to my expectations and I had a most enjoyable stay.
