Our last stop on our Ireland trip was to the Wicklow Mountains so we decided to stay at the Wicklow Way Lodge for our last two nights before flying out. So glad we did. We stayed in a spacious room with queen bed and attached bath. Coffee maker, coffee/tea and cookies were also provided. The room had two large windows which provided a lovely vie of the valley below and as we unpacked it began to snow. We enjoyed a few glasses of wine and watched snow fall outside as we enjoyed out warm, cozy room. Had been warmer we could have enjoyed our wine on the patio outside. I was initially concerned we would be cold but the heated floor kept us warm and cozy. We had a wonderful night's sleep and excellent breakfast the next day before heading out to hike and sight see. This is a wonderful jumping off point to see so many sights in the Wicklow mountains and you can hike around the property which is a working Christmas tree farm if you are short on time. This was a wonderful place to stay as we finished out trip to Ireland. I only wish we had given ourselves more time to explore this part of Ireland because you are truly surrounded by beauty here.

We stayd at Wicklow Way Lodge for a night in October. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was clean, the view was stunningly beautiful, breakfast was very good and the hosts, Marilyn and Seamus were helpful and delighful. The inn is located several miles up a narrow country road. Seamus arranged a driver to take us into town for dinner and bring us back so we could safely enjoy "a nip" at dinner.

We very much enjoyed this homey B&B convenient to Glendalough and the hiking of the Wicklow Mountains National Park. The owner, Marilyn Kinlan, is very helpful and accommodating. Our room had a deck that looked out on their Christmas Tree farm and countryside. We did several nice hikes from their property including Scarr Mountain and to Lough Dan.

I was stunned to see my room. Beautiful windows, slider to a deck overlooking the mountains. The owners maintain a stunning garden of flowers right outside the room. A bird feeder draws Willy Wag tails or Chickadees as they are called in the states. Large bathroom shower. Tea, coffee available in room. Plenty of room to unpack.
Breakfast was a treat with lovely service. Full Irish breakfast, a variety of breads and muffins and PORRIDGE! We refused the porridge initially but was talked into it. It was so good. I loved it.
The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They treated us like family. It ended up feeling like a honeymoon to me. A restaurant in town picked us up and transported us when we didn't feel like driving. Marilyn and Shamus are the best.

Lovely quaint place, good sized rooms and a great view. Staff and owner were friendly and accommodating. Great place for walkers, although the hill and stairs coming up to the place are a killer after a days walk.
