My wife and I stayed at this delightful hotel from 23 to 26 October, in connection with the Wexford Festival Opera.
The bedrooms are most comfortable - and very quiet if one is located away from the main road, which is between the back of the hotel and the Slaney river.
Wexford Town is across the bridge; a ten minute walk. There are pleasant 'country' walks from the hotel along the sea shore.
Breakfasts are excellent, with orders individually prepared rather than helping oneself from a buffet. We favoured such an arrangement.
The staff were unfailingly pleasant and efficient. Indeed, the friendly and helpful manner in which they conducted their duties contributed greatly to our having a truly excellent - if all too brief - holiday.More
