Had a great stay in Whites Hotel last night. Room perfect it even had a fridge . We ate in the bar which was good. All staff very nice and efficient. Would highly recommend a stay. Always a lovely atmosphere. Location so close to shops and restaurants.

We booked the Clayton as our very first family break away with our 1 year old. It was the first time away for us since before covid so we were a little apprehensive. The service in the hotel was first class. Nothing was a problem. On our first night we needed to go back to the room during dinner as baby was getting restless in the restaurant. The restaurant staff organised and took the remainder of our meal to our room for us to enjoy which was greatly appreciated by us. I did not get their names but we were so grateful for this. The restaurant staff provided wonderful service at breakfast times too and couldn't do enough to help. Any member of staff we encountered in the hotel were so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring Wexford town. Our room was lovely and ideal for what we needed. We had an executive room on the fifth floor with a beautiful view over Wexford town. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if travelling with young children. We really enjoyed our break. Thank you.

We arrived at Clayton Whites Hotel late on 9/25/2021, which was a Saturday. We were tired and hungry after a long day of exploring beautiful County Wexford. When we went to check-in, we discovered we didn't have reservations. There had been a mix-up with our travel agency. The hotel was fully booked and we were in an unfamiliar town. The staff was incredible. They made arrangements for a table in the bar for us to eat dinner while they tried to help us find accommodations for the night. The manager on duty came to our table during dinner to let us know they had called the 5 guests who had not checked in yet and one had canceled! We had a room for the next two nights. The staff went the extra mile to assist us. They were kind throughout the entire process. We enjoyed our stay and I can't say enough about the staff. Thank you!

A disappointing return to an old haunt. What was once an intimate hotel albeit some twenty years a go has now turned into a three star business hotel that was like any other 3/4 star business hotel in the world. Nothing to say this is a wexford hotel in the heart of the City.

Room tip: It is smack in the heart of the city and has parking

I recently had a two night stay with a group of friends. I cannot speak highly enough of Shane Boylan. Shane personally looked after us both nights and was one of the most attentive, professional and helpful staff members I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
