Reviewed 28 October 2018

Embarking on a quick overnight stay leaving our four children with family for the evening, we decided to stay at Sinnott's Bar on Distillery Road in Wexford Town.
From the moment we walked in, it was very obvious that this was a place full of character and the service and decor spoke for itself.
The pint of Guinness was perfect and the locals were extremely welcoming with one describing the bar as a comfortable and safe place to be.
The rooms were spotless and clearly recently renovated with a very cosy feel and very roomy shower.
The staff were natuarally on top of things and nothing was a problem.
Like any hotel, you are at the mercy of your neighbours where TV and conversation are always audiable but the other guests were entirely aware of this.
The bar is extremely close to the main town area but if you're feeling lazy the cabs are in abundance.
Would really recommend this venue if you're looking for a genuine welcome and avoid the standardised hotel approach that is so common these days. Ger & Nicola from Donaghmede in Dublin.

Room tip: Attention to detail and a genuine welcome
