If you like fish this is a must. Menu has super choice. We shared two starters crab claws and salmon dish. For mains plaice, chicken (excellent brandy and mushroom sauce) and monkfish with scallops. Each dish was 5 star. Served with mashed potato, sweet potato (best I ever had) and great selection of veg. Loved wine list also. Highly recommended and will be back. Ps the bread is amazing.

All too often I have been disappointed by restaurants around this corner of the country. But not here. A menu with so many good things that it was difficult to decide what to order - predominantly, but not just, fish, the lambs kidneys were excellent - and a wine list that was short and sensible so that you really couldn't go wrong. Friendly and efficient service, a lovely ambience except . . . . . jazz. Nothing but jazz. The musical equivalent of marmite. Still, it would be unfair to knock off points for that. I'll be back, but with ear plugs in my pocket just in case.

Celebrated our engagement at this fabulous restuarant. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

Food was amazing. Would highly recommend the prawn and scallops. All served with lovely fresh veg and potatoes.

The banofee pie was the best I have ever had..

Hope to return soon.

Thanks to Jodie and all the team
