This is a fantastic Gastro pub just outside New Ross. We use it as a treat for family occasions and for occasional business meetings. The food is superb, main menu as a stable, with regular specials keeping us coming back. Emmet and Lisa are so welcoming every time along with friendly staff. If you are looking for homely atmosphere, great food. Then this is the best in town .

Very disappointing. Chicken Curry was bland, my water glass was dirty. It was a quiet night, not many customers but lots of staff who just had no interest in being there. I would of liked a drink during my meal but nobody came to check or to ask. I might of even had dessert but the service was so bad I was not going to leave any more money here than I already had. I agree with previous commentator that a good manager is needed as young staff left to their own devices will not look after your business. Incidentally I was staying in another local establishment - I suggest going there to see how service should be done.

This is a very nice restaurant.i heard very good things about it, so I made an effort to book in advance for a reservation. The staff were all really nice ,the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. I had been recommended to try their roast beef but unfortunately this wasn’t on the menu. So I opted for the chicken curry which was delicious, my husband had the fish which he really enjoyed. It’s well worth a visit
