Thank you for your very unkind review,firstly i would like to point out that cafe/restaurants dont survive for almost 30 years by serving poor quality,five minutes into service i personally checked your table to see if everything was ok,you commented on the croutons,which were replaced by smaller crispy ones,i also enquired if you would like to change your dish to something else,which you refrained from,i enquired if every other dish served to the table was ok and your dining companion said yes.We have a very small turnover of staff which speaks very highly of our establishment,i dont know which member of our senior team you were referring to as been rude or loud but on my recollection of the period the only loud that was to be heard in the diningroom was you child screraming all the time during your visit .Just remember that behind all small businesses there are people with feelings that work very hard and especially in these times
