Visited this restaurant and was served by friendly staff despite being busy between dine ins and take away. Had the prawn tempura and onion bhaji followed by Holy Grail Chicken Curry and Lamb Jalfrieza. All very tasty.

The Holy Grail Restraunt recently provided the food for a family birthday party for a group of over 20 people. We had the Thai Green curry, vegetarian green curry and beef stroganoff, accompanied by naan bread, poppadoms and salad. We were delighted with the food which was very savoury and appealed to all tastes. Any food leftover was eagerly taken home by guests. We were also very happy with the service from The Holy Grail and look forward to being able to have a sit-down meal there once Covid restrictions are eased.

Excessively charged, not very good quality food, not very Covid safe, talking and hopping on top of each other in small space., food handling was poor.

Tried ordering for home delivery via phone but was answered by a rude young lady who bluntly stated that there was no delivery this evening & that there was no delvery driver, even though a delivery was falsely advertised on Just Eat.ie & their own home page. I've ordered from here before and the food was good with a delivery. However if the level of service accompanied by an abrupt, unaplogetic, sullen manner is like this well no matter how good the food is, with their customer service being as terrible as this, I will most definitely give this restaurant a wide berth from now on.

Recently we got a meal for takeaway and although the food was lovely as per usual we were double charged. We rang the restaurant a few days later and the man on the phone was not very helpful. We had to tell him twice we do not live in new Ross so could not call in to get the refund back onto the card. In fairness he did say he would leave cash there for us for someone to call in and collect but never once apologised for double charging us. Mistakes happening is understandable but we could at least have got an apology.
