The hotel staff was polite, the hotel has what one needs but if you are looking for amenities like pool etc this isn’t the place. If I am being too picky, room slippers is something that would be nice to have. It was great to have the ironing board and the iron handy in the room. The food was awesome in the bar every time we are there. My husband and I had our first proper break after the pandemic here and it’s location was a big bonus!More

We enjoyed a two day stay in Waterford and were extremely happy with the hotel. The friendly welcome at reception, lovely spacious rooms, great bar food and staff who were always willing to help all made our stay very pleasant. The location is terrific, and we explored Waterford on both days. I have already booked to come back in January.

We arrived by train and were happy the hotel was just a short walk away. The staff was very obliging and friendly. The bar and restaurant were beautiful as was the regular restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the pavlova for dessert. It was a work of art. Our server Rebecca was especially kind to this weary and very thirsty traveler. She brought iced water with lemons which as Americans we so very much appreciated.
The hotel room was spacious, the bathroom was quite large, very clean, and had extra towels. The beds were very comfortable. We did not have any complaints.

We are just back from a 3 day stay and we will be back again it is very central to everything and very very clean the staff are all so nice and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble very quick check in and same at checking out. The rooms are lovely the food is excellent from breakfast to dinner my only little quibble is the car park is very small we where lucky we got the last parking space but we will be back again and we looking forward to it

Had a great stay, food was amazing in the bar and the staff where extremely helpful and welcoming.
I had forgotten my AirPods in the room and after a simple call to the front desk they where able to send them via mail to my office, not only was this a great relief but I was pleasantly surprised when Iva added some 15% off coupons for my next stay.

Shocking hotel stayed here about 2 weeks the hotel is very over priced but the location is horrible when I looked out the windows I seen a man in the building across overdosed shouting the hole night outside the hotel deffo not a 4 star hotel
