Lovely cafe with amazing waiting staff! Was there on a busy afternoon so that never bothers me if there is a wait for food as it’s busy! Waited 15 mins for mac & cheese that came out with no sauce at all & tasted like it was microwaved! The lovely waitress sent it back & told me I’ll have to wait again as it’s made fresh, this did annoy me as I was very hungry at this stage & couldn’t understand why the chef would send out just plain pasta! Also everyone else on the table had there food! Got the mac & cheese again & this time it was just a spoonful of bland white sauce & tasted sickly! Complained to staff again & they comped it off the bill! Was disappointed as was really looking forward to it! Chefs should double check food there sending out!! Or don’t sell items on the menu that’s arint as advertised!

A great place for breakfast before shopping. When I visited there were couples and families getting a head start on the Christmas shopping. Very friendly staff and Santa dropped in.

Ordered the 'Gourmet burger' which is €15 but what cam out was tiny. Definitely not a burger more of a slider and definitely not gourmet more macdonalds save menu. It was nice to eat but a disappointment.

Fancied something hot as it was a freezing cold Saturday morning and when the menu boosted a 4 cheese macca's, I thought with four cheeses in that sauce, you couldn't go wrong. You could here as the thin sauce binding the overcooked macaroni was bland, bland, bland and tasted like it was devoid of any cheese (Note that previous reviews on TA has said the same - clearly whoever makes this dish, does BLAND well and does not intend to change or they're lying about the addition of cheese!). The other 2 with me had burgers which were very big servings with salad & chips. I noted other diners could not eat it all either.
Its popular with families. Its up stairs so if these are an issue, find the lift access (which I think it has).

Fabolous experience in this Restaurant. Very family friendly co operative staff. It's a pleasure to eat here.
Good range fantastic and tasty loads if choice and the Baby Menu is fantastic. Even have dairy free and gluten free.
I have no faults in any area with this Restaurant.
