There is lots to see in this small museum within the remains of the Castle Tower, right on the waterfront in Waterford. The information is clear and well presented and the displays are interesting. The lighting is dark, but doesn't adversely affect the experience. It is on the Historic Ireland card, so access is free with that membership card. We spent about 45 minutes visiting the tower museum.
