Good afternoon Belinda

Thank you for your review of the Medieval Museum and also for your review of the Bishop's Palace museum, you took advantage of the 'Combined Ticket' option which is very reasonable and the most cost effective way of seeing both museums.

The team in both museum's really want to make sure you enjoy your experiences and our guides are excellent at what they do, so we really appreciate your fantastic feedback and I will pass that onto our guides in the Medieval Museum.

Yes, our Gift Shop has an excellent selection of products which you can peruse at your leisure when your finished your tours.

We hope you get another opportunity to visit us in the future!

The artifacts and exhibits here were amazing. From the beginning of the tour to the end of it, the history of Ireland and the artifacts here were like no other. The tour guide was fantastic, and the price was reasonable with purchasing of the three museums.

This museum is a model of what modern museums should be. It is interactive while still containing lots to read and learn about. There are video and audio presentations and lots of interesting artifacts to see. Tours can be done with a guide or by yourself with an audio guide.

Good afternoon Ocli64

Thank you very much for your compliment regarding the architectural design of the award winning Medieval Museum.

We are all very proud of its design and its stunning looks from the outside and also for what we have to offer on the inside, as you mentioned. Taking the guided tour of the building is the best way to get the most from your tour of medieval Waterford, equally if you wish to move at your own pace, the audio guide will take you through the building and its artefacts.

You will be surprised at how engrossed you will get and how time just passes by, just like the passing of history!
