Stayed in the Tower Hotel recently as a family of 3. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating, a special shout out to Caroline on reception who kindly upgraded us to a suite.
We enjoyed a daily swim in the leisure centre and drinks in the bar. All areas were comfortable, clean and covid compliant.
The Hotel itself has a great central location, highly recommend a stay! More

Myself and my fiance stayed here for 2 nights this weekend and we loved every bit of it. The food in the hobson restaurant was absolute fantastic on our first night, the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout the whole weekend. The hotel itself had live music on both nights and there was a great atmosphere,you really felt like you were on holidays.
Also because we had just gotten engaged on Friday and told the reception staff they very kindly upgraded us to a suite for the 2 nights.

Had another wonderful stay at the Tower Hotel Waterford where the staff are absolutely amazing and can’t do enough for you. Everything is within walking distance. The room with a view was absolutely gorgeous bright and spotless.

This hotel is centrally located on the banks of the Suir. This hotel was adequate for our needs. Billed as a 4 star it really is more like a 3 star. Doors are stiff and bang on closing causing noise late at night. Decor is a bit dated and the hotel is beginning to look a little rough around the edges. Car parking is provided, however it’s difficult to get a spot at the weekends as it doubles up as a car park for the leisure centre.
Staff are friendly, restaurant service is hit and miss, food is good. All in all adequate but nothing really to write home about.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in this hotel. It is in a very central location for exploring Waterford City and it is lovely to walk along the quayside once you step outside the door. Our room was so spacious, really clean and very comfortable. The food was really tasty we ate in both the restaurant and the bar.
The staff were so helpful and in this regard I have to give a special mention to Tracey and Caroline in reception. They were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. They went above and beyond the call of duty to look after us.
I look forward to a return visit. I would highly recommend the hotel.
