Stayed here two nights for work. Will definitely stay here again next time I come for business. Comfortable bed and pillows, large shower,clean, cosy, wonderful staff and the food is very good in the restaurant.
My only complaint is the hot breakfast wasn't great,but that's a minor thing.
Overall very good experience
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for one night with our group. The room was comfortable and the standard size of a modern hotel. The only issues we had were the water pressure, which was low, and the slippery shower floor. My recommendation is to put the small towel onto the floor of the shower while you shower since there is no bathtub mat. The hotel is very cozy and beautifully snd freshly painted. The dining room where we ate dinner was very enjoyable, as was the Irish stew that we ate there. The elevator was very tiny, so using the stairway made it more convenient for getting to and from our room. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
Central location to the Train and Bus Station. Lovely hotel, very helpful pleasant staff. Anna and Giselle and the new chap from Brazil( soory i didnt catch your name) were very good. Staff in the bar and serving breakfast were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very comfortable.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Viking Experience and the Waterford Crystal outlet.
The only downfall for us was that the Viking Experience was closed! We were too early in the ‘season’ and the crystal outlet had 4 coach loads of mainly American tourists which drove up the prices and was so overwhelming, we didn’t bother staying.
There’s no parking at the hotel itself but is across the road and quite reasonable.
Would stay again
I recently stayed here back in May , iv managed to stay in all the hotels in Waterford, by far this was the winner. There’s a personal touch , the bar was busy for a midweek night, lovely atmosphere, staff throughout were so warm and friendly. Room was so comfortable and the breakfast was so fresh and lovely options, good quality full Irish , good coffee and again great service. It’s my go too now when staying in Waterford. It’s family run hotel and you get that feel ,that’s what I love about it over any of the other hotels .
