Kind and caring Emilianos staff save the day! After what can only be described as a disastrous 80 minutes driving around Waterford trying to park (with roads closed and barriers everywhere but no directions to drivers as to where to park ) we arrived in Emilianos in a bit of a stressed state. I had phoned the staff to say we were having trouble parking and they assured us they would keep the table. Arriving over an hour late was more than embarrassing but we were assured we were not alone and it had happened to many! What followed was great service, wonderful food and relaxing! We missed our Candlelight Concert but at least we were full. Thanks so much Emilianos for the empathy.

Best Italian outside of Italy you will ever have. Period. Tried pasta, meats, starters, desserts, mind blowing, complex, authentic. Finished with delicious limoncello. Just wow.

Although we had no reservation they very kindly found us a table on a very busy Friday night. Great wine recommendation when the wine we wanted was not available. The mains were brilliant and I can honestly say the best Italian meal I have had in years. Definitely will be returning and will make a reservation next time, THANKS!

Every one of Emiliano's staff who served our visits was considerate and prompt, professional yet pleasant, and well trained in their position. The almost always sold-out room was a bit loud on a Friday night, but at other times very relaxed and filled with smiling faces. Do get a reservation at least a couple of days in advance. You'll get to choose from appropriately priced dishes promptly prepared, served with your choice of well curated yet reasonably priced Italian wines. From the properly cooked veal t-bone to the meaty and cheesy nonnie-style lasagna, we felt like we were back in Italy. Proprietor Emiliano seemed to be everywhere, smiling and greeting customers and coaching his staff. The best restaurant in Waterford county, to say the least. Enjoy.
