We stayed in this beautiful hotel for two nights at the end of September, from arriving at reception to the end of our stay we received wonderful service, beyond expectations and astonishing in the midst of the pandemic. As we arrived all of us had our temperature taken before we reached the check in desk, we felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless and has beautiful fittings and great wifi. There is always a member of staff checking and cleaning all the areas, the bar is constantly cleaned as soon as someone leaves all the tables and chairs are cleaned and all menus etc disinfected, we were very impressed! This is a charming hotel, lovely rooms with nice bedding and upholstery, plenty of hot water and unusually these days lovely biscuits on the welcome tray, Car parking is in the Car Park across the road and the hotel discount the ticket.
The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful above and beyond for us, they were friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the local attractions and did all they could to ensure we had a lovely stay! In conclusion we will be back soon, thank you to all the staff for your kindness to our Son Pearse too!More
