Attended an informal early (10am) coffee meeting, greeted by an array of delicious,
freshly made sandwiches, pastries, and hard to resist cakes.
Very friendly and smiling staff, spotless toilet facilities.
Highly recommend for just a quick tea/coffee visit or a group meeting.

We visited for lunch on our first full day in Ireland on our way to Cork. The food was great — a large selection of sandwiches, salads, and tarts, etc. — and everyone in our party of six left full and happy. As an added bonus, the staff was very accommodating. We spoke with Peter for several minutes about our plans and got several great recommendations from him. Highly recommend.

A diner’s dream cleverly disguised as a school cafeteria, The Granary features a wide variety of freshly-prepared, small batch dishes, including (over the several days we ate there) ratatouille, chicken spinach remoulade, garlic potatoes, courgette fritters, and pulled pork panini—just a fraction of what was on offer, and all wonderful—on top of which were no fewer than a dozen house-made desserts (we sampled a couple—startlingly good). Available outdoor seating and a welcoming and helpful staff complete the picture. Highly recommended.

We stopped in Waterford for lunch and my sister had read about this restaurant, so we decided to check it out. We first noticed the great outdoor dining area and immediately got excited. The menu options are plentiful! It takes a minute to take it all in. Everything is made fresh and there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options, it was hard to choose! I had the roasted veggie sandwich with a side of curried corn and cauliflower salad, and it was delicious. The chips were delicious too, seasoned well and the perfect crunch. Highly recommend a cappuccino too☕️. Everything is priced very reasonably, I was surprised how affordable it was for such fresh unique options. The servers are all very kind and helpful as well, and either the owner or manager went above and beyond! He saw us head to eat outside and ran ahead to put tables together for us. We asked him for a recommendation on what to see before continuing our drive to Cork, and we wound up getting several days worth of recommendations in each city that we’re visiting! So far they have been great!
