Beautiful hotel only recently renovated. Had a family event there and the food and service provided was exceptional. The bar was buzzing with live music and the Guinness was excellent 👌🏼
Michael the manager was very helpful and couldn't say enough about the staff. Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel and excellent staff, the hotel itself was modern, clean and well presented. With a great location on the water front it had really nice views from the room or restaurant. The staff however were exceptional, from check in to check out they went above and beyond. Welcoming us after a 12 hour drive and accommodating the specific drink requests as well as remembering these the next night. We arrived for a wedding and this is where Bernadette went above and beyond for us, she went out her way to compliment us and then spent time in between helping others to find the perfect photo locations within the hotel and took some photos of us to capture the moment. Thank you this really meant a lot to us.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Our room had a lovely view of the River Suir. The service was outstanding and the rooms were spotless. The food was delicious and the live music on Saturday evening was a nice touch. The city center is just a short walk away, offering fantastic dining options, historical sites, and more music. A big thank you to the entire staff for being so welcoming and professional, especially Manager Chris, Bridget, and Reception!

My wife and I stayed here on 20/21 April. The room was very nice and had a lovely view of the river. Service checking in and out was very efficient. The pre-checkin email is a great idea. The location was perfect, close to the city centre but not on the main quay. Well done everyone at the hotel

When we stayed here last May their renovation project was just getting underway. (The hotel provided ample warnings about noise and dust at the time of booking, before our arrival, and at check-in.) Because the work was just starting, the hotel did have a dated and worn look, but were the work was underway, it looked impressive. We had a pleasant room with a full view of the River Suir. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was fine, though with a surprisingly limited menu. I did like the close proximity to central Waterford. The parking garage is adequate, though not connected to the hotel and with limited parking (construction supplies were stored in several spaces).
