My wife and I stayed here on 20/21 April. The room was very nice and had a lovely view of the river. Service checking in and out was very efficient. The pre-checkin email is a great idea. The location was perfect, close to the city centre but not on the main quay. Well done everyone at the hotel

When we stayed here last May their renovation project was just getting underway. (The hotel provided ample warnings about noise and dust at the time of booking, before our arrival, and at check-in.) Because the work was just starting, the hotel did have a dated and worn look, but were the work was underway, it looked impressive. We had a pleasant room with a full view of the River Suir. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was fine, though with a surprisingly limited menu. I did like the close proximity to central Waterford. The parking garage is adequate, though not connected to the hotel and with limited parking (construction supplies were stored in several spaces).

We (couple) stayed in Waterford Marina on a Saturday night to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is in a really convenient location in the city with parking available. From the moment we stepped inside we found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The decor throughout is modern and calm and the hotel is in fantastic condition.
We were surprised to find we had been upgraded to an amazing suite with so much space and views the whole way around. It was a very large room with a beautiful bathroom and separate sitting room area. It was immaculate throughout. We even found a card and some chocolates awaiting us!
Every member of staff we crossed paths with from housekeeping to reception and bar/restaurant staff were so lovely.
We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Recently we spent three nights in the Marina Hotel in Waterford. In this wonderful hotel the all - round service was excellent, all the the staff were always friendly and welcoming and the cuisine was top class.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were ideal - sized and comfortable and its location very central. It is close to many wonderful amenities, including a series of magnificent and informative museums,Waterford Crystal Glass factory and the legendary Theatre Royal.
A "Must" visit for anyone who loves a brilliant break in a superb hotel.

This is a lovely hotel right on the marina. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning. It’s within walking distance to the Waterford Crystal Factory and restaurants.
