Went in with my boyfriend for pancakes and asked for gluten free ones. After the waitress repeated back to me the words gluten free and I checked with another waitress who brought down our food that they were gluten free, we went to the til and there was no additional charge for being gluten free! I asked once again, were they really gluten free and the waitress who took our order said ‘sorry I didn’t hear you’! I don’t know how not one but two waitresses failed to make sure the order was correct when being served! I don’t have to say how important it is for celiacs to avoid gluten!! Also, the waitress who took our order kept talking over us, being a waitress myself I thought this was poor customer service, you should always allow the customer to explain their order completely!
