We had a one night stay recently. The suite was spacious and very pretty. We had a remote control toilet which seemed a bit over the next top but it aw cool.

We spent a day out at Waterford House and then had a swim at the hotel in the evening. There are set times for children which are suitable enough. The pool is quite small. The receptionists at the hotel were very friendly.

The carpark at the back of the hotel is free, however be prepared to carefully manoover your car into a very tight space as the carpark is unusually small. Another guest actually asked one of us to drive her car out of the spot because she had been wedged in. Definitely something that could be improved.

For us, the hotel lost a star for the breakfast the morning we were leaving. It seemed unprofessional and a bit chaotic and it wasn’t even that busy. We were left waiting at the door to be seated for a while. We were then brought to a table and left another while to order hot food from the menu. The young staff were waiting around to be given directions by more senior staff. My partner called one male member of staff to ask could we order, who more or less grunted and kept walking. I then called another girl who awkwardly said no i don’t do that. A random ketchup dip was dropped to our table before we had even ordered any food. By the time we were asked to order we declined as we were both annoyed by the service. We stopped somewhere else for food on the way home.

It’s a pity that we left with a bad taste in our mouths about the hotel, because everything else had been great.

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we cld have stayed for more. The hotel overlooks the harbour and the sound of the sea and the view were amazing. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The food was excellent and we just had the most perfect escape from the madness that is life at thw moment. We sat in the library area reading our books we bought in the most amazing little book shop called Tertulia beside the hotel after a long morning of walking around the coast right outside the door of the hotel. The location is perfect. The small shops along the shore were enough to keep us pottering around. I've never enjoyed a break so much. This is definitely a place to go to escape. Can't wait until we can escape to you again..

Absolutely fabulous! Thermal suite is lovely and clean. Had the most amazing massage with Steph couldn't reccomend her more ⭐⭐
The only downside is the Relaxation room is too small and the beds and cushions aren't very comfy!
