Great time kayaking with our two guides, Declan and Jason. I would highly recommend the kayak polo. Weather was cat but we didn't even notice.

We used Nevsail for our work sports day three weeks ago. It was so much fun. There was a choice of activities on land or on water. I did the water activity which included kayaking on the River Shannon, playing games etc. It was great fun and I would highly recommend it. The land activities looked like good fun too. We had a group treasure hunt after the water activities and we had to use an app to find clues. It was great craic and a really enjoyable sports day.

Went kayaking this morning on the 1.5 hour tour of Limerick. Was absolutely fantastic. Got to see Limerick in a different way from the river. Declan was our guide, very good instructer and a nice guy. Really enjoyed the games played on the river. Couldn't recommend enough

Brought students on a trip to both indoor Rock climbing and activities on the shannon from the Hunt Museum Base. Excellent reviews from all the students. It was a brilliant way to pass the afternoon with teens. Staff were very engaging with the students which made it a more enjoyable day out. Already booked in again for this coming year.

We had a fabulous afternoon kayaking on the River Shannon in Limerick. Our guide Declan was very chilled and provided us with interesting information about the castle and river itself. We were provided with wetsuits, lifejackets and helmets. We had a lot of fun at the end with the challenges Declan set for us. A great day was had and we would do it again. 😁☘️

4 of us took the opportunity to do this, 2 adults and 2 young girls, aged 11 and 8. I had a small bit of kayaking experience bit the other 3 didn’t. Declan was our guide for the evening and he was excellent with all of us, particularly my two daughters. You can tell when instructors have a genuine interest in kids and making sure that they stay interested and pick up the basics, and he was top notch.
After getting us kitted out in wetsuits, helmets, and life jackets, Declan got us into a pair of double kayaks and took us through the basics until everyone was comfortable enough with what they were doing.
We played a few games in between the trips between the 3 bridges around King John’s Castle area. It was past high tide so the flow at the bridges was strong enough. My partner and eldest daughter had a bit of a struggle going upstream through one of the bridges but no bother to Declan. He attached them to his harness and towed them up past the bridge. The man should have been on double time lol!
Declan threw in a bit of history about what was around us which made it even more interesting.
It was a worthwhile spin up from Tralee to experience it and would recommend it highly, particularly if you have kids who’d enjoy it.
