What a great hotel. The suites are beautiful, especially the President's Suite (Room 515) in which we stayed. The views over the River Shannon are spectacular.
What really makes the hotel however is its staff; everybody was so friendly but so efficient too. The food is not particularly fancy or pretentious, but is all the better for that. I would recommend the hotel without reservation.More

Everything about our stay was brilliant, very clean rooms, delicious food - we still talk about the chicken wings, easy access to pool and parking, staff were very friendly and chatty and all orders were so fast

We met with friends for drinks. The bar staff were witty, engaging & most important they were courteous & welcoming especially the young manager that had just started there. We will be back. We felt our custom was valued and appreciated. Great staff

A wonderful hotel with incredible staff. Ice machines on floor is a plus. Enjoyed the upscale restaurant/bar - bar has great selection of drinks. The hotel is within walking distance of sites and fun pubs. Would absolutely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great first night in Ireland. Hotel staff were SO nice and friendly - helped navigate us around the town. Parking was easily accessible and safe. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was provided but we did not partake.

We stayed here recently for a family wedding. It’s a lovely hotel located in the heart of the city. Clean rooms, lovely views of the river and city centre. A short walk into the town centre. A real gem in the city. Excellent service.
