Hotel itself is fine; breakfast good, central location. But I would describe it as a party venue. Great if that is what you want. On the Saturday night I stayed, I wanted to relax and sleep. That was only eventually possible (after 3am).

I stayed in August during a heat wave, so I was troubled by the fact there was no AC and no fan provided in the room -- I asked as the desk, and they did get me a small fan that was quite powerful and helped a lot. The phone in the desk doesn't work so you have to go down to the desk to answer questions. I was on the top floor and the elevator doesn't go up that far, so I had to get my luggage up the top flight of stairs. The room was very nice, and the location is very convenient. I got breakfast from the restaurant and it was pretty good. I would probably be OK staying here again any time of year but summer. I don't think it would be my first choice though.
On Aug 12th we stayed in room 603 and It was far from what we expected. We paid €249 for a small, loud and very hot room without airco. We had to walk 3 floors up with our luggage and couldn't call the reception because the phone was broken.
I think we were overcharged for at least €100.
I filed a complaint. They did not even bother to respond.
Hotel was lovely and perfect location in limerick city. Staff were all very friendly and there to help. Rooms were spotless and had a great sleep. Would definitely go back and recommend to a friend. 5 stars
We booked last minute on a spontaneous trip to the city with partners parents. Parking in the Q park opposite the hotel, we then validated the ticket to get 50% discount (€9 overnight). Decor was tasteful and rooms were clean with usual amenities. Our room had a very small window which did not allow much air in but were able to request a fan which helped. The hotel is situated on the rivers edge and very close to the city centre, it was however quiet. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we didn’t take the breakfast option but menus looked extensive with something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful
Hotel was conveniently situated down by the river and parking in the Q Park next door was no problem. The room was clean and well equipped with an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was very tasty and all served to the table. The staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere in the hotel bar was not great although we didn’t know there was a pub downstairs. The only other thing was that we could have done with a fan in the exceptionally hot weather. Overall a good place to stay.
