We spent 3 weeks touring around the island of Ireland both sides of the border. We had a 2-night stay at this hotel and checked by a friendly receptionist at the arranged check-in time. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Limerick within a few minutes’ drive to a lot of the main routes giving easy access around Ireland. The hotel has a largeish car park which sometimes seems to fill up when there were events taking place on the site. There is a restaurant/bar within the hotel serving excellent meals with very efficient friendly staff serving with plenty of choice on the menu where we enjoyed our evening meals on both nights of our stay. During our stay we had a daytrip walking into the city centre taking us around 45 minutes as the weather was so lovely and catching the local bus back following tiring ourselves out walking around the city centre. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning during our stay served in an area of the restaurant/bar where we had our evening meals. Our ground floor room was comfortable but not that well soundproofed well sound proofed against internal sounds.More
