Recently had a 3 day break with wife and two kids, absolutely loved it. Start to finish our stay exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing, rooms spotless but the service was just perfection. We can’t wait to come back. 5⭐️

From start to finish the staff were all amazing, so friendly and welcoming! They went above and beyond. Only negative, there was no access to Netflix etc. on TV only a few channels. I think it was just broken during our stay.

Lovely sylvan setting with nice surrounding walks which are clearly marked- lovely pool but entry to water features in the spa incur an extra 25e per use for residents- one hour admission is free if having a spa treatment.However spa treatments are very good and thermal suite had a lovely warm pool with access to the outside.
We did not eat lunch or dinner in the hotel as we felt the grill bar was overpriced- much better variety and prices in Kilkenny city in restaurants such as La Revista Rinuncini and Langtons where 2 course early bird costs less than a main course in Lyrath
