Stayed here on the 2nd and 3rd of November. What can I say! The place is just splendid. The room was warm, spotless and very comfortable. The food was beautiful, amongst the best I've had. It was prompt, very tasty and plentiful. The surroundings were tremendous. The lounge in the "Ó Faoláin's bar" part, in particular is exquisite and very atmospheric. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. I can't remember all their names but Michael, Stephen and, (I think) Paul or Tom, the Tipperary man were great. Oh and the Restaurant manager.

Very friendly and spacious hotel. Staff very helpful and the food is good and reasonably priced. Right in the city centre with shops and amenities all within walking distance. Lovely city and well worth a visit.

Excellent service, great staff, lovely food, rooms clean and tidy, only letdown,ask if nightclub is open as the rooms reverberate with the music and the hand driers don't work in kilford arm's pub and no towels to dry with, would of had 5stars but for the nightclub, very very loud with boom boom noise,
