Fantastic spot, especially on Monday nights!!! Good music, good atmosphere, good fun. We had a lunch there as well during a day and it was really yummy with beutiful presentation. Highly recommend to everyone who go to Kilkenny!

We visited Matt The Millers restaurant because of TripAdvisor recommendation when we stayed 2 nights in Kilkenny. The diner was really nice and life Irish music was excellent. Barmans were perfect.

I stopped in here for lunch after exploring the streets of Kilkenny. I had the seafood chowder, and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I got the impression that this place is a favorite of the locals.

Overall the atmosphere was nice and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Food selection was good however I do not recommend the steak. I did over hear another patron raving about how delicious the salmon was so perhaps try that.

The chowder is great, and my hubby really enjoyed the he fish and chips. Definitely good quality ingredients makes a difference. It was also a great value for lunch.
