Did the pick and mix spa experience and it was great. Aisling was amazing and I loved my back neck and shoulder massage and then the facial. My skin feels so hydrated and my back/shoulders have never felt better! The infinity pool and other spa facilities are ideal for relaxing more afterwards

Love listening to a bad dj/ bad singing and screeching from my bed. No sleep, very disappointed considering it's a Wednesday night. Wasn't expecting a nightclub bass pounding.. Place is filled with families with young kids trying to sleep. Would not have booked if I'd known this was going to be that case. Food delicious, staff great but save the family stays for times where the drunk singing session aren't on please. Not fair since the sign actually says 'tranquillity bedrooms, please be respectful of guests'. It's either a family hotel or a sesh hotel, can't be both.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience here with us. Looking at the date you stayed, Wednesday the 11th of September. We did not have any functions with DJ/ Singing. Moreover our ballroom and function rooms are located on the opposite side of the hotel to ensure the noise does not travel. Could it be possible you have the correct hotel?
We are ranked as one of the best family hotels in Ireland and try to promote that as much as possible to ensure all our guests know.

I just had the most amazing massage with Amy! Every part of my body felt like it was going through a whole new world of sensations – it was incredible. She really has a magic touch, and I feel like a completely new person after that session. Amy is a fantastic therapist, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way 🥰

This was an excellent deal and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The massage by Ami was the best massage I have ever had, she could identify my problem areas without me mentioning them and switched the direction of the massage to concentrate on my issues, she also had recommendations for me going forward. She had a great attitude and considering I am not local she wasn’t just doing this for return business, she has a passion for what she does. The food was also excellent, the only gripe I had was that everyone was seated in the same section for dinner and most tables had at least one child crying, screaming, watching an iPad, it was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. It would be nice to note people with no children and seat them somewhere else as the parents have no control nor do they care, aside from that the service was excellent. Altogether a lovely experience and we did not feel like we were on a ‘deal’ which I have experienced before from the moment I entered the hotel. Would definitely visit again!
