We can't begin to describe how magical our wedding day was for us. After all the planning and preparation, the day came and went and was better than we could have ever imagined, thanks in no small part to Sinéad and the incredible team at the Newpark Hotel. We booked our date 2 years out and had regular communication and updates from Sinéad, the wedding coordinator, throughout the build up. No ask was too big or small and we were truly made feel special and valued throughout the experience. The wedding tasting meal was such a highlight of the build up for us. The food was incredible and we were spoiled for choice. We met with Sinéad several times as the wedding day got closer and knew going into the wedding day that the Newpark had everything covered and we could trust them completely to give our guests a memorable day. On the day itself the staff at the Newpark went above and beyond for us. The food was incredible and people are still genuinely talking about the meal and the beautiful ambience in the Newpark. The garden off the ballroom was wonderful for photographs after the meal. A special mention to Aga who took great care of us throughout the day itself. She was a complete pro and ensured the day went so smoothly- it was so stress free for us as a couple. I can't thank Sinéad, Aga and the team at the Newpark enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives- wish we could do it all over again!

We stayed at Newpark as a family of four, having done lots of research for toddler friendly hotels online. Wow - what a great call to stay here.
We were out of peak time for the park so the inflatables were down, food stalls were closed and it was quiet which was all great for us as we could take our time and had the playgrounds practically to ourselves. It was brilliant. There was so much to do in the park, and it's right in the hotel grounds and all buggy friendly.
Our bedroom was perfect, large and had a fridge, all we needed and we got two cots from the hotel that were clean.
The hotel is modern and pretty and the two games rooms are nice as ones for smallies which we used and there was a bigger one for older kids with machines.
The pool was the biggest hit as it's SO warm and perfect for kids. There's a children's pool to the side, which is a decent depth and size, but the main pool was perfect for the kids to practice in.
The only issue we had was we were misinformed by reception that the kids could use the pool once it opens (20 mins from when we caller as we wanted a last swim before leaving) and we arrived down, kids in their togs, to be told no it wasn't childrens hours and it was an insurance issue to let us in. Having both worked in leisure centres for years, this was an interesting excuse to us. Trying to reason with toddlers at the crack of dawn was not amazing, but the positives all outweigh it.
Will return as we had a lovely time and got a great price.

Just back from another fab stay in Newpark Kilkenny with my 3 sisters, booking always so easy with Carol in reservation team, Room, Meal, Breakfast everything was wondeful including extra treats in room for my sisters birthday, looking forward to returning again in September 🥰
