We appreciate your kind words on our Jurassic Newpark. I am glad you enjoyed it and you would highly recommend it.
It is disappointing to read some of your feedback, but thank you for sharing as we can use it as a tool to better ourselves.
I am perplexed at some of your feedback. We have a full maintenance on site to deal with any issues in the room. Our heating system is run by an environmental friendly BMS system which ensures it runs as sustainably as possible which is in line with our sustainability policy and practices. If this system was not working, as sometimes technology does, we would have ensured that remedies were found for this as soon as possible. I 100% agree that having the window open and the AC on at 26 degrees is not sustainably.
Especially with our summer being so mild and the temperature only getting to 16 degrees on Tuesday the 16th.
Please in future ensure to let the hotel know if you are having issues as we are always here to assist.
Thank you for your feedback on our food. I will share it with our kitchen so they might learn that pasta isn't meant to be cooked into a mush and while a traditional carbonara actually doesn't have cream there can be variants to the recipe. I will share for feedback regarding hot plates to children, as this is not our standard and I will investigate as to what sadist served that food.
We appreciate your feedback on our fine breakfast. A self service coffee, while a great recommendation, would not be in keeping with our service standards.
It is such a shame that you felt you had to share your feedback online instead of sharing it here directly with us, as while some of your feedback will help us improve, other seem a bit vague and not helpful to other readers or ourselves.
