It is great to hear that you enjoyed your time here but didn't find it as luxury.
Getting that balance right is the key. From our brand new beautifully decorated lobby with rich colours and Waterford crystal chandeliers, To all our mattresses being top of the line King Coil, to offering 4 different dining options in the evening having 8 rood top balcony suites with jacuzzi But also trying to ensure our smaller guests enjoy their time here from our soft play area to games room to our kids club and Jurassic Newpark.
However I do appreciate that darker room colours do not appeal to some and while we are always in a pursuit of perfect, it is a journey, not destination.
Our award winning spa is extremely popular, however it does fill up fast, which is why we send pre stay emails to ensure our guests book to avoid disappointment. This is the same for our pool. We do still request that guests book times. This is to manage the pool not being too full at peak times. There is not access to the public. Only residents and Members.
Our evening kids club is complimentary to all our staying guests that is correct, as noted on our website, their is a charge for the day time kids club.
