Reception Staff very Welcoming and Professional.
Infinity pool and Steam Room very Relaxing.
My Therapist was Amy and would highly recommend her.So Calm and so informative on matters relating to Skin Care.
Had the Best Facial ever and will definitely return.

Only used the Spa, I was greeted with polite, friendly happy staff, Explained clearly what the experience was going to be, Shown the facilities and and the entire experience was exceptional.
My lady was Amy, I had the back neck head Indian massage she made sure I was comfortable at all times. She knew when to talk when not to talk and she was wonderful. Can’t recommend the service Enough.

We had my daughter’s wedding here and stayed 2 nights. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were so helpful, the food was exceptional and I’d highly recommend Newpark as a wedding venue. We also had young children staying and there was so many things for them to enjoy too!

Really enjoyable visit to Newpark. Warm (and well organised) welcome from the staff, spotlessly clean and wonderful atmosphere. They couldn’t do more for kids here and catered equally for the grown ups. Everything runs like clockwork, happy and helpful staff and all well thought out. Couldn’t recommend more for a city break, family trip or spa weekend. Very happy kids and parents.

Newpark is the perfect hotel for families, there was so much to do on site.our kids loved it from start to finish from the pool to the amazing jurassic world, jurassic bounce, playground, informative dinasour information talk, petfarm they loved it all. Food was fab outdoor pool for adults was unreal.would 100% recommend it
