I stayed at your hotel from 1-3 December with five school friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff were really exceptional. The food was lovely and it was excellent value for money. We availed of 'The Castle Break'. We were particularly pleased to see that you employ persons with special needs. Yesterday, was International Day for Persons with Disabilities.

The hotel team, Josephine in particular was truly very accommodating to a change of reservation. We truly appreciated her understanding. Additionally, the room was wonderful, quiet, comfortable, warm and unexpectedly large. Reception upon check-in and departure, were courteous and extremely professional including we got the discount for parking across the street.

Excellent Hotel. Modern clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.
Rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Location could not be any better. The leisure centre was excellent. Hopefully we'll stay there again.👍
