This hotel was part of our tour group experience. The location is excellent and you can walk easily to many local historical attractions.

The rooms are spacious and we were fortunate enough to get an end room that was very quiet.

The bathroom shower is a bit challenging to operate so be careful not to burn yourself. There is a doorstop just in front of the tub so you have to be very careful getting in and out .

The buffet breakfast offered for our tour group was excellent. Great variety of hot and cold options. The challenge was due to the size of two tour groups dining at once, the room was very very noisy. Perhaps the dining room manager could stagger tour group start times .

We did pop down to look at the pool and fitness area adjacent to the hotel. Great facilities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use them. Just a heads up they do require a swim cap for the pool. They are available for purchase if you forget yours

Staff very professional and friendly

Service was good. Breakfast excellent. Was surprised that the wheelchair accessible room was on 3rd floor but reassured at reception that in the case of evacuation we would be assisted.

I was here for a conference with work. The staff were beyond amazing. I’m from Ireland and there’s very few hotels that will provide the type of service this hotel does. The staff are extremely skilled and understand how to make a stay feel special. Well done to the full team.
