Excellent location good hotel and was very clean staff were friendly and helpful along with breakfast which was terrific especially the pancakes.

We had a restful stay after flying in to Dublin and touring all day. Very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely looking hotel, large rooms with comfortable beds. The bar area is comfortable the bar staff make great cocktails.

This is a 3-4 star hotel. It's tired and requires some updating and maintenance. Our room size was large. Bed very comfortable.
The bathroom was awkward with a door stop right beside the bathtub/shower so very easy to stub your toes when getting in and out. The shower nozzles were very confusing!
The morning breakfast was included with our room. Great buffet variety to choose from .... hot and cold
Dinners in the general restaurant were plain. Items bland. Very noisy as multiple tour groups ate here at the same time. I would eat out next time
We stayed here with a tour but if were to return to Kilkenny, i would stay somewhere else.
